Nigel Williams of the UK Wine Forum recently reviewed our Tradition 1999 vintage red wine and here are his comments:
“On the nose, kirsch, iodine, a bit of burnt herbs. Still a dark purple colour. On the palate still quite young with a little black pepper, chewy tannin and good acidity. Dark dark fruit with quite a long finish. Nice balance - drinking well, but will last several years. Very good value at this price range for a 10-year old CDR Villages.”
